3) Your responsibility when you upload photos of other people (NEW)

If you upload training photos or any image containing an identifiable person, you confirm that:

  • you have permission and informed consent from that person to upload the image and for Looktara to process it to provide the Services; and
  • you will not upload images of minors; and
  • you understand the Service generates images based on your inputs, and you control whether to download, share, or publish outputs.

4) Our legal bases for processing (where applicable)

  • Contract: to provide and support the Services you request (account, generation, payments).

8) Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, environment isolation, abuse monitoring). No system can be 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential.

9) Your rights and choices

Global controls include access/correction/deletion, portability, cookie controls, and opt-outs for non-essential messaging.

10) Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or higher age where required). We do not knowingly collect personal data from such children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us.
